Mrs. Paxos is a Managing Partner at Condon Paxos PLLC, where she brings together experience as both a seasoned litigator and a trusted transactional advisor. Her practice spans complex commercial litigation, business counseling, and real estate transactions. She offers clients a rare combination of courtroom skill and dealmaking sophistication. With over 13 years of experience, she represents individuals, businesses, and institutional clients in high-stakes litigation to multimillion-dollar transactions.

As litigation counsel, Mrs. Paxos handles complex commercial disputes, contract claims and real estate litigation.  She is skilled in all stages of litigation from investigation and discovery through dispositive motion practice and trial. She is known for her strategic thinking, ability to distill complex legal issues, manage demanding discovery, deep legal knowledge, and persuasive advocacy with meticulous attention to detail, ethical judgment, and an ability to remain composed under pressure. From pre-suit investigation through trial, Mrs. Paxos is a fierce advocate with a meticulous command of the facts and law. 

On the transactional side, Mrs. Paxos counsels’ startups, closely held companies, and entrepreneurs on all aspects of business formation, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day corporate operations. She provides strategic legal guidance designed to protect her clients’ interests and avoid litigation. She also represents purchasers, sellers, developers, closely held entities and landlords in the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of residential and commercial properties. Mrs. Paxos aims to deliver responsive, business-minded legal solutions that advance her clients’ goals and protect their interests. Mrs. Paxos was born and raised in Rockland County, New York. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office and later joined the Office of the New York State Attorney General. She earned her undergraduate degree from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, graduating cum laude with a major in Business Administration, a concentration in Human Resource Management, a specialization in International Business, and a double minor in Legal and Ethical Studies and Economics. She received the Academic Excellence Award for Highest GPA in her concentration, a proclamation from St. Barnabas Hospital, and recognition from Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was awarded multiple Academic Achievement Awards, notably in Trial Advocacy.
