Brian K. Condon, Esq.

In 2002, after a five-year tenure as an associate with a prominent Rockland County law firm, Brian opened his own practice, Condon & Associates, PLLC.  In 2020, Brian was honored to partner with Lena E. Paxos to form the firm Condon Paxos PLLC.  

With over 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer, his current practice includes a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation matters at both the trial and appellate court levels. Brian is an established trial attorney with experience in both Federal and State (NY & NJ) Courts. Brian also assists his clients with employment issues, contracts, leases, wills and trusts.  

For many years, Brian has served as both the Co-Chair of the Rockland County Bar Association Commercial and Corporate Law Committee and the Co-Chair of the Rockland County Bar Association Judiciary Review and Screening Committee.  Brian has presented at several Continuing Legal Education seminars on topics involving civil litigation for both the Rockland County Bar Association and private local law firms.  

In 2016, Brian was awarded the Sterns Award by the Rockland County Bar Association as a member who has made significant contributions to the Bar Association and the People of Rockland County. Brian is also proud to serve on the Board of Directors of the Nanuet Schools Education Foundation and the 501(c)(3) charitable Rockland County based organization Baking Memories 4 Kids.  

Brian is a proud member of the Rockland County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association.  Brian, a native Rocklander, lives in Nanuet, with his two daughters
